Are you a busy person who wants to be fit and healthy, but doesn’t have hours to spend in the gym each day? BURN is designed for you! BURN classes are 30-minutes of fast, fun, effective coach-led group exercise. Get in, get your workout done and get on with your day! All workouts are done with light to moderate loads, no barbell or complex movements and always beginner-friendly with no experience needed.
BURN memberships run a month-to-month basis and the cost is $85/month for unlimited BURN classes.
